Shipping Information
We strive to dispatch your magical finds as quickly as possible to begin their journey to your garden.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Times:

We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse. - Free Shipping
For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We deliver globally, with the exception of parts of Asia and some remote regions.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it magical again.
Timeframe: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the date you receive your item(s).
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same original condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Insect & Pest Control products (for vital safety and hygiene reasons)
- Grocery & Home consumable items
- Any opened or used products
- Personalized or custom-made decorative accents
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to begin your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and specific instructions for your return. Returns cannot be processed without an RA number.
- Pack Securely: Please securely package the item(s) using the original packaging.
- Ship the Package: Mail your return to our address. Remember to keep your tracking number!

Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
For Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different one:
- Follow the standard return process above.
- Clearly indicate the new item you wish to exchange for in your initial email.
- We will ship the new item to you once the original return is received and processed.
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded to you accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if we sent the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the inconvenience and swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.
