At Enchanted Garden Sale, we want you to be completely delighted with your magical garden finds. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Insect & Pest Control products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Grocery & Home consumable items
- Opened or used products of any kind
- Items not in original condition or missing packaging
- Personalized or custom-made decorative accents
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
- We will ship your new item once the return is received and processed
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items
